  Kevin Dwyer    Executive Director   Kevin Dwyer is a father, cyclist, maker and grower. In the ‘80s and ‘90s Kevin owned and operated bicycle stores in Indianapolis, Boulder, San Francisco and Moab. After getting a Permaculture design certificate, Kevin moved to Salt Lake City, where he received an M.P.A. (nonprofit management) and a J.D. Today, Kevin provides transactional and organizational legal services to bicycle and outdoor, restaurant, non-profit and individual clients, is on the board of the Bicycle Collective, races DH and trys to learn a new trick or two every year.   Andrew Bl  ackwell    Secretary   Andrew is an avid Mountain Biker who loves helping people get outdoors! He runs a successful small business in Park City, volunteers with the National Abilities Center to teach people how to ride bike, and is committed to helping develop trail in Salt Lake City for others to enjoy. Currently Andrew resides on the SLVTS Board of Directors as our Secretary, helping us stay organized and compliant. Oh and IT, he's a wizard at our tech stuff!   Shawn Carter    Board Member   Shawn Carter is a cyclist advocating access for everyone.  He has a B.S. in Urban Planning and worked for the US Dept. of Transportation for 28 years.  Having spent a summer in Europe studying the world's best downhill tracks, he understands the limits of trail building and riding.  At the other end of the spectrum, he spent a summer working for the NAC coaching riders with cognitive, mental, and physical disabilities.  With experience as a trailbuilder, racer, coach, guide, and USAC official, Shawn brings a depth of experience dealing with riders of all abilities and varying bureaucracies as well. Feel free to send him an email:  shawn@slvts.org .
